Today was the first day that I stayed and helped DJ in a full day of production on one of his video shoots. I have stopped by before to see how it all works, but I have never been there for a full day, much less helped out. Let me say it is a LOT of work! Also, working with a younger crowd was a very different dynamic for DJ. But apart from sunburnt feet and a hoarse voice, from screaming for attention, it was a good day.

On other news, Turbo is free from the cone, and he is loving it! We also decided to try something new and leave him in our bedroom for the day because we knew that we would be gone for several hours on this shoot and it seemed cruel to leave him in his cage. At the worst we expected to come home to rumpled sheets on the bed, lets just say that I had a mini freak out when we approached our apartment. Our bedroom window sits next to the front door, and as we were walking up we could see right into our bedroom, as though the blinds were opened, not how we left them mind you. I thought someone had come into our place and opened our blinds, (silly I know) then we realized that Turbo had torn them down. I was able to hang them back up, but the teeth marks can not be undone. He also chewed the edge of our brand new bed side table and tore apart DJ's charger. (This is not typical behavior for Turbo) I was concerned about leaving him in the bedroom with it being at the front of the apartment, I knew he would be able to hear anything going out outside and that would probably drive him crazy (possibly the reason he tore down the blinds). So we won't be doing that again...
